Parent Informational Meeting

• Parents are encouraged to meet with a staff member to learn about our history and philosophy and the working details of who we are.

Enrollment Procedure

• Completion of application (with a copy of Birth Certificate) and submission of a non-
  refundable application fee

• Submission of Pastor Recommendation form

• If requested, submission of completed Teacher Recommendation forms

• If requested, submission of prior school records

• Submission of executed Doctrinal Statement, Family Commitment, and Financial Commitment forms

• Completed parent/guardian interview with and approval of admission by the SMCC Board and Administrative Staff *

• Review of and submission to the MCA Parent-Student Handbook

• Payment of enrollment fee

• Enrollment with a certified homeschool umbrella organization of choice

​   *Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance will follow the classroom visit(s) and interview.

Classroom Visits

• We encourage students to visit for a day to experience our learning environment firsthand, prior to enrollment.

Application & Enrollment Fees

• Application Fee: $50.00 - A one-time, non-refundable application fee is required. Receipt of the application and fee begins the admissions process.

• Enrollment Fee: $200.00 - Each new and returning student is required to pay an enrollment fee. Payment is due upon enrollment.

Tuition and Expenses

• Tuition: $TBD

• Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is applied to tuition for additional students from the same family.

• Tuition Due: Payments are paid in 9 monthly installments due on the first of each month beginning September 1st. 

• Field Trips and Activities: Cost of field trips and other activities are not included in the tuition fee. Costs will be added to your monthly invoice.

• Optional Student Lunches: Students have the option to order 517 Subs weekly. 

• Curriculum Fee: Each student will be assessed a curriculum fee of $150. Also, each student will need access to a laptop or tablet for word processing capabilities at home.

Umbrella Organization

• Upon enrollment, prior to the start of the school year, each student is required to register with a homeschool umbrella organization to house and maintain all your student's school records (not included in MCA fees).
